Playlist Won’t Load or Refuses to Play

• Try refreshing or updating the playlist: go to Settings → Playlists → select your playlist → tap Refresh Playlist to force TiviMate to fetch new content.
• If that fails, clear the app’s cache and data, reboot your device, then re-add the playlist.

EPG (Program Guide) Isn’t Showing

• Double-check your EPG URL for typos or misconfiguration.
